Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://paintingservicesomaha.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Deck Staining, Pressure Washing, Caulking Services, Drywall Repair, Tuckpointing, Tree Trimming provided by Omaha Eddie's Handyman Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://paintingservicesomaha.com is the property of Omaha Eddie's Handyman Services or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
End of Use. Omaha Eddie's Handyman Services may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Omaha Eddie's Handyman Services makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Omaha Eddie's Handyman Services arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Omaha Eddie's Handyman Services harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. NE law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NE, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
